This Privacy Policy (later in the text - the Policy) was prepared by Elenice Paris (below in the text – we, ours, ours) to meet the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection Reglation (the GDPR) on the protection and processing of personal data (below in the text - regulation) and refers only to the protection of natural persons in relation to the provision of personal data as a fundamental right.
1.1 The policy is applicable only to eleniceparis.com (later in the text - the Site or website) or Elenice Paris in the application (later in the text - the application) and does not relate to data, which emanate from companies or other entities. This policy (together with our other documents) establishes the bases on which the personal data we collect from you or that you provide to us will be processed by us. Read the following carefully to understand our point of view and practices regarding your personal data.

2.3 In this Policy, "processing" means any operation or set of operations that is carried out on personal data or in sets of personal data, whether by means automatically or not, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adapting action or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or availability, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

7.6 Your right to erase is not permitted if processing is required:

7.12 You will have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal. Before giving consent, you will be informed of this. It should be as easy to withdraw as giving consent.
7.13 Right to restriction of processing. You have the right to obtain from the Processing Restriction controller if one of the following applies:
7.14 The right to not only apply automated data processing to you. We inform you that automated decision making, including profiling, is used to generate your personal data. However, this is not the only way to make decisions against you, because your personal data is being reviewed and the responsible employee is manually processing the data.

8.1 Where we store your personal data. All information you provide to us is, as far as reasonably practicable, stored on our secure servers to protect against unauthorized access, modification, destruction or disclosure of personal information.
